A standard setup needs ~85 sq.ft of shade-free roof per kW. If your terrace is smaller than your bill demands, we either suggest high-efficiency panels (more kW in the same area) or a two-zone design. The survey measures usable area precisely — chimneys, tanks and parapets all count.
